Pendrell Hall is an exclusive use, no corkage country house wedding venue in Staffordshire. Licensed for civil ceremonies for up to 170 guests, this beautiful wedding venue is the perfect all-weather wedding venue with a number of large, beautiful rooms to explore and enjoy.
Outside of the hall, there are grounds and formal gardens to have your wedding photos taken in. As well as that, there is an option for an outdoor service at Pendrell Hall in their English country garden.
Charlene and Chris opted for an indoor wedding service in the Morning Room. To start the day, Chris stayed overnight at a cottage in the grounds of Pendrell Hall along with his groomsmen, whilst Charlene stayed in the bridal suite.
During the morning of the wedding, it had rained lightly but persistently which wasn't an issue - by the time we came to take the wedding photos, the rain had stopped but as everything with wet it was more colourful!
Pendrell Hall has this lovely set of gates, painted this vibrant turquoise colour. I decided to shoot the bride and groom using the gates to lead your eye into the frame.
If you read my frequently asked questions, you'll see that I often get asked 'what happens if you're ill?' At this wedding, I unfortunately went down with food poisoning the day before, and it's probably the worst I've ever felt, but I still turned up at the wedding and the collection of wedding photos I delivered were amazing!
