One of the traditions that's still really nice to see at weddings is the giving of gifts to those people who have been there for you, both in the run up to the wedding day and on the day itself. It's quite common for the groom to get small tokens for the groomsmen, usually a whisky glass, a hip flask or some cufflinks. For the older bridesmaids, the bride tends to go along the lines of personalised robes (which are really handy for the morning of the wedding) or jewellery. In this photo, we can see a young flower girl checking out the necklace that she's just received from the bride. I took this photo from directly above the bridesmaid in order to give you (the viewer) the feeling that you were actually there on the day and experiencing the same thing as the person inside the frame.
