This wedding photo shows a set of lanterns alongside the aisle, in the Orangery at Bredenbury Court Barns. One of the nice things about Bredenbury is that the bridal party and the groomsmen can all get ready onsite. This is handy for me as a photographer, not only because I can photograph both parties getting ready beforehand, but it also means that at the same time I can photograph other members of staff setting up the wedding venue. I really like getting photos of the extra preparations that go into the wedding day itself, as it's one area that's rarely seen and often under appreciated. There's so much happening behind the scenes at a wedding that no one ever gets to see.
