Bredenbury Court is a wedding venue in Bromyard, Herefordshire. There are many rooms which can be used for accommodation by both the wedding party and wedding guests too. The bride and her bridesmaids were using one such room in the morning before the wedding in order to get ready. Before long, the bride's room inside the venue itself was ready and the bridal party were able to move in, and make their final preparations there. In order to move between the two, the bride had to walk with her wedding dress. Always one to make the most of any situation, I was on hand with my camera to capture the event. I knew that the bride would take and so positioned myself accordingly. The photo that I was aiming to get is exactly what you see here - a fairly unique image (I've certainly not taken anything like this before) showing off both the wedding dress and the wedding venue in the background.
The room you can see in the in the background of the photo is the orangery, where the wedding ceremonies take place. The area directly in front of the orangery is the terrace, where wedding guests are able to enjoy the drinks reception on warm days - of course, this wedding being in October, the guests elected to have their reception drinks and canapés indoors.
