Whilst at the moment I lack the time to write a full paragraph about this image I can say this: I was at Deer Park Hall in Eckington, looking back towards the Malvern Hills to take this image. The photo is barely edited - it turns out that anything I tried to do to make the image better actually made the image worse. Seems Mother Nature got this one right. I'm a big fan of what's come to be known as 'Rembrandt lighting' and I like to think this image would make the old master smile.
